Ajita Shah, MA, LPC, NCC, ACS, PMH-C
Ajita is the owner and director of Serene Mind. She strives to bring balance to people’s lives by addressing their fears, experiences, and needs in a safe, therapeutic environment. Ajita is trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, teaching her clients usable skills that can be translated into any area of their life. As a certified perinatal mental health provider, she also promotes awareness, prevention and treatment of perinatal mood disorders.
Ajita has experience in a variety of clinical settings working with individuals, adolescents, and families. Ajita brings a strong systems-based approach to treatment, to improve not only the well-being of the individual, but to also improve their functioning throughout the many parts of their life.

Jodi Crehan, MSW, LCSW, ACS
Jodi is an experienced clinical social worker with education in addiction treatment and experience working in various levels of care and treatment settings. She works with adults and adolescents with depression, anxiety, dual-diagnosis substance use, self-esteem issues, mood disorders, school issues, and family dynamic issues.
Jodi utilizes a multi-disciplinary approach that recognizes the individual and unique needs of each and every client she works with.
She utilizes multiple treatment modalities in her client-centered therapy including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy DBT).

Sarah McKenzie, MA, LMFT
Sarah is a licensed marriage and family therapist with experience working in various settings, including in-home therapy, outpatient therapy and community behavioral health. She works with a variety of clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples. Throughout her work, Sarah has treated individuals with a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, attachment disorders, mood disorders, and interpersonal issues.
Sarah’s approach to therapy is client centered and strength-based. She understands that every individual is different and seeks to use therapy to meet the client’s unique needs. She utilizes various modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and Structural Therapy.

Dr. Myrto Mia McNeil, DNP, CRNP, PMHNP-BC
Dr. McNeil is a dynamic and mission-driven leader with 15 years of experience in the delivery of healthcare services. Her work experience includes senior executive leadership roles in the tele-behavioral health industry, psychiatric care as an advance practice nurse in inpatient and outpatient settings and adjunct faculty roles in nursing graduate studies.
Dr. McNeil has a personal commitment to promote optimal mental health and wellness in individuals across the lifespan using an integrated holistic approach. Dr. McNeil provides psychiatric services to children 8+ and adults.
Dr. McNeil therapeutic approach incorporates principles from various therapy modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy to engage clients and affect therapeutic change.
